JM’s Personal Opinion on Wardrobe: Wear a couple different outfits for your real estate headshots appointment. Too many times we see agents looking for ‘something quick’ instead of planning ahead. We recommend at least two different jackets or looks and for women, one with hair up, one with hair down if that’s an option.

Expect the best! Efficient use of your time, variety for those who desire this, ability to bring out the best in you!

Real Estate Property Imagery & Photography

More than just some guy showing up with a cheap camera to do a 360 view, but someone who understands design, art, sales and architecture. Typically an on-site consultation is included if requested and special lighting will typically be brought in to capture your space.

Some ideas for Real Estate Photography

Listings/Smaller Spaces: Be sure each room is maximized in size and decoration. With limited real estate the goal is to make your listing appear slightly larger, representing the naked eye in depth perception. Smaller, more economical pieces, use of glass and mirrors usually assist well. Kitchens and bathrooms always helps to have limited items staged on countertops to keep the open concept.

Listings/Larger Spaces: Some visual goals are to show how impressive the space is, illuminate the features and benefits, show unique angles one would see with the naked eye of the property, and be sure to add appropriate lighting. Typically some of the more impressive listings with larger commissions at stake in competitive regions have a home staging element involved, of which we want to utilize to highlight the space appropriately and grandly.
