These are common weekly comments from my clients and I do my best to learn about what your family’s ‘style’ is all about – whether you’re very casual, formal, edgy, silly, etc – and then I work to capture this through the lens.
About your session:
Each session is done either on-location or in-studio with 80% of my sessions done outdoors or on-location. Favorite spots are the Seattle Arboretum, West Seattle/Alki Beach, Kirkland Waterfront, Snoqualmie Ridge and within my clients’ residences around the greater Eastside and Seattle. You pick the spot, or let me assist, we talk about outfits and styling for your family, and awayyy we go! Expect to have a good time, for time to fly and for you to come out with excellent results that will have you saying, “That’s the best portrait anyone’s ever taken of me!” (or my son, daughter or family)…I’m used to hearing this and I like to share this with all my new clients.
What to expect following your session
Either before or directly following your session we will make your viewing & ordering appointment, preferably for some time within two weeks of your session. Our studio is located at the junction of Mukilteo, Lynnwood and Mill Creek just off 164th St off Interstate 5 and is approximately 30min from Bellevue and Seattle, 10min from Everett and 15 min from Kirkland. During this 60- to 90-minute appointment you and your family will have the chance to view images ‘theater-style’ set to your favorite brand of music. You will also enjoy the convenience of seeing how your favorite images can be enhanced using the latest in Photoshop retouching technology, and select which products are best suited to your likes, needs, and budget.

Note: Unless indicated, the creative fee is for the time and talent of the photographer only. All creative fees for portrait sessions are due prior to scheduling (usually within 3-4 weeks prior) in order to reserve your appointment. In the event of needing to reschedule your appointment, please contact Julian at least 48hrs prior and your creative fee will be applied to your rescheduled date. Any make-up session must be scheduled within two weeks of initial session date. Payment methods: PayPal, VISA, Mastercard, Local checks, cash and money orders are accepted
Session Guarantee
If for any reason you were not 100% satisfied with your session Julian will re-shoot your session at no additional charge. Should you choose to take advantage of this option due to any reason, your entire first session will be deleted. Any redo session must be rescheduled within two weeks of initial portrait session.
